What personal data we collect and why
We collect personal data when you voluntarily submit it to us through the enquiry forms on our Home, Driving Experiences, Client Strategy and Work With Us pages. Depending on the form, this may include your name, email address, company name, and details about your enquiry (for example, the kind of experience you’re interested in, your engagement type, timing, guest numbers, or your message to us). We also automatically record the date, time and page URL of a submission to help us handle enquiries correctly.
We use this data only to respond to your enquiry, discuss a potential engagement, and maintain records of our business relationships. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and operating our business, and, where you go on to become a client, the performance of a contract with you.
Field Notes newsletter
If you subscribe to our Field Notes newsletter from the Founder page, your email address is collected and processed by our newsletter provider, beehiiv, on our behalf. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. See beehiiv’s own privacy policy for how they handle subscriber data.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies to run properly and, where you consent, for analytics purposes. Full details of every cookie we use, its purpose and how long it lasts are set out in our Cookie Policy, which you can also revisit at any time to change your preferences.
Analytics
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (via Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it. Google Analytics collects information such as pages visited, time on site, and general location, in a way that does not directly identify you. This data may be transferred to and processed by Google outside Cyprus and the EU; see Google’s own privacy policy for details.
Embedded content from other websites
Our “Book a call” links take you to Microsoft Bookings, an external scheduling service. If you book a call, the information you provide there is governed by Microsoft’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Who we share your data with
Enquiry form submissions are delivered to our team mailbox, which is hosted on Microsoft 365. We also use the following processors, each of which only accesses data as needed to provide their service to us: beehiiv (newsletter), Google (analytics, where you consent), and our website hosting and cookie-consent management providers. We do not share your data with any other third party, and we never sell it.
How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and manage our business relationship, and afterwards only as long as necessary to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data
- Ask us to restrict or object to our processing of your data
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent (for example, analytics cookies)

How we protect your data
We use reputable, established providers (Microsoft, Google, beehiiv and our hosting provider) who maintain their own security standards, and we limit access to enquiry data to the people who need it to respond to you.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example as our tools or practices change. We’ll update the date below when we do.
