Zantelle van der Linde spent 15 years inside Lamborghini, Bentley, McLaren, Bugatti and Lotus, from Johannesburg to Dubai, Bologna and now Milan. Long enough to know that one wrong move with the right client can cost years.

She founded NEON NAVY in 2024 to be the partner she spent fifteen years looking for. She has run this work on the ground, so she knows exactly how a client is won or lost, and she has built the structure and the teams to deliver it properly at any scale. She has studied luxury as a discipline, and she reads where it's heading, as a younger generation of private clients rewrites what earns their loyalty.
