Founded in 2024, we’re built on years of practitioner experience leading luxury marketing at the highest level. Core strategy and client relationships draw from extensive industry knowledge. When projects require specialist expertise – complex events, large-scale experiences, technical production – we bring in carefully selected collaborators who are the best in the business.

Who's Behind This

Our Founder

Zantelle van der Linde brings 15 years of luxury marketing experience across some of the world’s most exclusive automotive brands. She spent 8 of those years at Automobili Lamborghini, leading regional marketing across EMEA and global experiential marketing, developing event strategies, creating UHNW client experiences, and building brand partnerships.

Originally from South Africa, her career has taken her from Johannesburg to Dubai, Bologna, and now Milan, working with Lamborghini, Bentley, McLaren, Bugatti, and Lotus. She’s navigated markets where cultural fluency isn’t optional, and built relationships in environments where trust takes years to earn.

NEON NAVY was founded to help brands cut through conventional approaches and create traction with clients who have options, who’ve seen everything, and who recognise the difference between genuine value and expensive mediocrity.
